The Ondo State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Akure, has upheld the victory of the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Lucky Aiyedatiwa, in the November 16 2024 governorship election.
The Justice Benson Ogubu led election tribunal struck out the petition filed by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Agboola Ajayi for lacking merit.
