Lagos APC Dismisses Claims Of SLG/Supervisors List Recall To Acme

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State has dismissed reports suggesting that its State Chairman ordered the immediate recall of all Supervisory Leadership Groups (SLGs) and supervisors to the party’s secretariat in Acme over directives purportedly issued from the Presidential Villa.
In a statement issued on Wednesday by the Lagos APC Spokesman, Seye Oladejo, the party described the claim as false, misleading, and a deliberate attempt to create unnecessary tension within its ranks and among the public.
Oladejo stated that at no time did the State Chairman issue such a directive, nor is there any emergency meeting scheduled as speculated in the reports.
“The Lagos APC remains a disciplined, transparent, and law-abiding political party, guided strictly by due process and collective decision-making,” the statement read.
The party emphasized that its current priority is focused on consolidating structures and mobilizing members ahead of the forthcoming national elections.
It reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening internal processes to ensure electoral success and sustained progress at the polls.
The spokesman urged party members, supporters, and the general public to disregard rumours capable of overheating the polity, assuring that all official communications would be disseminated through the party’s recognized channels.
