Nigeria face Jamaica After Reggae Boyz beat India 2-0
The Super Eagles of Nigeria will face the Reggae Boyz of Jamaica in the final of this year’s Unity Cup on Saturday.
Jamaica secured their place in the final after defeating India 2-0 in London on Wednesday night.
Courtney Clarke gave the Reggae Boyz an early lead in the eighth minute, while Kaheim Dixon added the second goal in the 78th minute to seal the victory.
The Jamaicans dominated proceedings throughout the encounter, controlling possession and creating the better chances.
Nigeria had earlier booked their spot in the final after defeating the Warriors of Zimbabwe 2-0 at the same venue on Tuesday.
Femi Azeez was the hero for the Super Eagles, scoring a brace to send Nigeria into the title clash against the Caribbean side.
