Nigeria’s Super Falcons will begin their WAFCON 2026 preparations in Morocco on July 15, ahead of the tournament’s July 26 kickoff.
The team will train for one week in Mohammedia before moving to Rabat for the group stage. Head coach Justine Madugu is expected to use the camp to sharpen the squad after recent friendlies against Cameroon and Senegal in Ikenne-Remo.
Nigeria, the defending champions, are in Group C with Zambia, Egypt and Malawi. All their group matches will be played in Rabat.

WAFCON 2026 also doubles as Africa’s qualifier for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Brazil, with the top four teams earning automatic spots.
