Former Inspector-General of Police, Suleiman Abba has resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and officially joined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
A report by TVC said Abba was formally received by former Jigawa State Governor, Sule Lamido, at his residence in Bamaina, Jigawa State.
