The Alayabiagba Market, Boundary Road, Apapa, Ajegunle area of Lagos was gutted by fire on Tuesday.
Eyewitnesses said the fire burnt down shops and goods worth millions of Naira.
Although, the cause of the fire was unknown as at the time of filling this report.
Confirming the incident, the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), said members of its response team in search and rescue operations are already at the scene to contain the situation.
