The retired Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy in Lagos state, AbdulAhmeed Mustapha, has joined the governorship race in the state.
It was gathered that Mustapha would be contesting under the All Progressives Congress (APC).
It was gathered that Mustapha’s declaration of ambition to run for the governorship race has thrown the camp of governkr Babajide Sanwo-Olu into disarray.
NewsBeatng reports that the second term of Sanwo-Olu had been endorsed by the Governor’s Advisory Council (GAC), the highest decision making body in Lagos APC.
