Governor Abiodun Submits Ogun East Senate Nomination Form

Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, on Thursday formally submitted his Ogun East senatorial nomination form at the national headquarters of the All Progressives Congress in Abuja.
Speaking during the brief ceremony, Governor Abiodun described the occasion as more than a political exercise, saying it reflected his enduring commitment to the people of Ogun East.
“This moment is not just about a political process, but about our enduring commitment to the people of Ogun East,” the governor said.

He expressed appreciation to party leaders, stakeholders and residents across the Ijebu and Remo divisions for the confidence and support they have continued to show him over the years, assuring them of his commitment to purposeful and impactful representation.
Abiodun also reaffirmed his determination to sustain the developmental strides being witnessed across the district, with renewed emphasis on infrastructure development, economic expansion, youth empowerment and improved opportunities for the people.

“Together, we will continue to work for greater opportunities, improved infrastructure, economic growth, youth empowerment and a more prosperous future for every community across Ogun East Senatorial District,” he added.
The submission of the nomination form marks a major step ahead of the forthcoming elections as the governor seeks to consolidate on his record of service and leadership in Ogun State.
