APC Constitutes 7-Man Caretaker Committee For Enugu 

 

…Appoints Bisi Akande as Reconciliation Committee Chairman

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has constituted a 7-man caretaker committee to run the affairs of the party in Enugu State after the dissolution of its executive council.

This was part of the resolutions reached by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the APC at its 179th meeting held in Abuja on Thursday.

APC said the caretaker committee would be inaugurated on Friday, October 10 at the party’s national secretariat.

The caretaker committee includes; Dr. Ben Nwoye ( Chairman), Mrs Fidelia Njoeze (Secretary), Peter Chime (Member), Mrs Oby Ajih (Member), Chiedozie Nkafor (Member), Engr. Emma Ekeh (Member) and Rt Hon. Eugene Udoh (Secretary).

In a related development, the party  appointed its former Interim National Chairman, Chief Bisi Akande as Chairman National Reconciliation Committee.

The APC NWC also said that the timetable for its Congresses across the country would be announced soon.
