Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara could not re- present the 2025 appropriation bill to the Rivers State House of Assembly on Wednesday.
The governor arrived at the Aba Road quarters, where the lawmakers have been holding their sittings, but could not gain access to the premises.
There was no one to receive him, and the security guards at the gates were also nowhere to be found.
Meanwhile, Fubara said he communicated his coming to Speaker Martins Amaewhule through a letter and tried to call him on the phone since Tuesday.
