Chelle Names Squad For Poland, Portugal Friendlies

A full-strength Super Eagles squad will depart for Warsaw, Poland, on Sunday for an international friendly against the host nation.
The Nigerian contingent is expected to leave London for the Polish capital just hours after Saturday’s Unity Cup final against Jamaica.
The friendly encounter is scheduled for June 3.
Head coach Eric Chelle has included Femi Azeez, who impressed in Nigeria’s Unity Cup victory over Zimbabwe, in the squad for the upcoming friendlies against Poland and Portugal. Azeez replaces Samuel Chukwueze in the team.
The squad will also feature several of Nigeria’s top stars, including Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman, as the Super Eagles continue preparations for future competitive fixtures.
Nigeria will take on Portugal on June 11 in what will be the European side’s final match before departing for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
