Kwara NSCDC Enhances Surveillance, Rapid Response With New Operational Tools

 

 

The Kwara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has unveiled newly acquired operational equipment and technological gadgets aimed at boosting its security operations.

The equipment, distributed to commands nationwide by the Commandant General, Ahmed Abubakar Audi, was received at the Corps’ National Headquarters in Abuja before being officially presented in Kwara by the State Commandant, Bala Bawa Bodinga.

Unveiling the equipment, Bodinga described the development as a significant step toward strengthening the Command’s operational capacity and readiness to tackle emerging security challenges.

He commended the Commandant General for his forward-thinking leadership and commitment to modernising the Corps through the provision of technology-driven tools and resources.

According to him, the equipment will enhance intelligence gathering, improve surveillance operations, and boost rapid response capabilities across the state.

Bodinga also assured residents of Kwara State that the Command remains committed to deploying the equipment effectively in the fight against crime, protection of critical national assets, and the maintenance of peace and public safety.

He reaffirmed the Corps’ dedication to professionalism, discipline, and efficient service delivery in line with its mandate to build a responsive and technologically driven security organisation.
