Emergency responders were seen arriving to combat the blaze amid chaotic scenes as residents evacuated the area.
It was reported that the incident began around dawn and is believed to have originated from a gas explosion at a foam-producing company within the industrial park.
The fire quickly escalated, damaging several nearby homes before firefighters could intervene.
According to report by The PUNCH, Director of the Ogun State Fire Service, Fatai Adefala, confirmed the incident, stating that emergency teams were on the ground to quell the fire.
