2025 Anambra Election: APGA Candidate, Soludo votes at Polling Unit 002, Umuezeadigo, Isuofia community

The governor of Anambra State, Governor Chukwuma Soludo, on Saturday arrived at his polling unit to cast his vote in the ongoing governorship election.

The governor, who is seeking re-election on the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), arrived at Polling Unit 002, Umuezeadigo Street, in his hometown, Isuofia community, Aguata Local Government Area, at exactly 1:13 p.m.

Ahead of the election, Soludo had urged residents of the state to come out en masse to exercise their civic rights, describing the poll as an opportunity to shape Anambra’s future.

The governor had also described his re-election bid as a divine project and a people-driven movement, reflecting the collective will of Ndi Anambra for continuity and sustainable development.

A total of 16 candidates from various political parties are contesting in the 2025 Anambra governorship election.
