Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has approved new appointments into the board of the Ondo State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM).
This was disclosed in a statement on Tuesday by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Ebenezer Adeniyan.
According to the statement, Mrs. Oluwadaisi Oke has been appointed as Chairman of the board, while Hon. Ajani Oladipupo, Mrs. Titilayo Fayoriju, Mrs. Ojuolape Flora Adeyemi, and Alhaji Isiaka O. Usman will serve as full-time members.
Other appointees include the Chairman of the Academic Staff Union of Secondary Schools Teachers (ASSUT) and the Chairman of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), who will serve as part-time members. Representatives from the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Finance will also serve as part-time members of the board.
Governor Aiyedatiwa further approved the appointment of his Senior Special Assistant on Information Technology, Hon. Tomide Akinribido, as the Executive Chairman of the Ondo State Information Technology Agency (SITA).
The governor charged the new appointees to deploy their wealth of experience to effectively discharge their responsibilities in line with the administration’s “OUR EASE” agenda.
