The All Progressives Congress (APC) has shutdown its national secretariat in Abuja in honour of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
Buhari died on Sunday in a clinic in London, after a brief illness.
Morka said the secretariat will be reopened on Thursday, July 17.
He urged party members to observe the period as a time for quiet reflection and prayer.
“We urge party faithful to use this period of national mourning for quiet reflection and prayers for the repose of the soul of our departed leader,” he said.
