Just In: Tinubu’s Associates Hold Closed Door Meeting With Bode George

The political associates of the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Saturday evening held a meeting with Peoples Democratic Party leader in Lagos State, Chief Olabode George.
This was disclosed by a source close to the PDP leader.
The Source disclosed that the move to have the meeting with George who is a known critic of Tinubu, came as a surprise to the political family of the PDP Leader..
It was gathered that the delegation was led by Prince Tajudeen Olusi, the chairman of the Governance Adversory Council (GAC), the highest decision making body of the ruling party in the state founded by Tinubu.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, who was part of the delegation arrived at the meeting late.
The closed-door meeting with George was held at his office in Ikoyi.
Asides Olusi, those in attendance were former Deputy Governor Adejoke Orelope Adefulire, Retired Justice Ishola Olorunimbe, former Deputy Governor Abiodun Ogunleye, Odofin of Lagos Layi Ogunbambi and Alhaji Satari Arileshere, a retired civil servant in the state.
