The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has approved the constitution of a 7-man Caretaker Committee for Zamfara State.
This was contained in a statement issued by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, ini Ememobong, on Monday.
The Caretaker Committee comprised Hassan Muhammad Daudawa (Chairman), Muhammad Danbuba
(Secretary), Shehu S. Fulani, Rabiu Illele Bakura, Musa Mallaha, Sani Lasisi Kaura, and Hajiya Hauwa Kulu Makkah.
” Accordingly, the Committee is charged with the responsibility of running the affairs of the Party in Zamfara State, as stipulated in Section 21(2)(a-b) of our Party’s Constitution, for a period not exceeding ninety days or until such time as a new Executive shall be elected”, said Ememobong.
