Easter Reflection: Jandor Advocates Unity, Resilience for Lagos Growth

The 2027 governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, has extended Easter greetings to Christians and residents of the state.

In a statement issued on Sunday, Adediran described Easter as a profound season symbolizing sacrifice, renewal, and the triumph of hope over despair.

He said, “The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ represent the ultimate act of selflessness and a call to humanity to embrace love, unity, and purposeful living.”

He noted that the 2026 Easter celebration comes at a critical moment in Nigeria’s journey, urging Lagosians to draw strength from the message of resurrection by renewing their commitment to collective progress, responsible citizenship, and peaceful coexistence.

Jandor also stressed the importance of unity in building on existing foundations to achieve a more prosperous and progressive Lagos.

“As we commemorate Easter, let us reflect on the values of sacrifice, compassion, and resilience. These are the pillars upon which we can build a greater Lagos that works for everyone,” he said.
