Gabon’s Transition President Gives 48hrs Ultimatum To Govt Officials To Return Loots

 

The Transition president of the Republic of Gabon, General Brice Nguema has given a 48 hours ultimatum to all General Directors to return stolen funds to government coffers.

He issued the warning during a meeting with government officials after his swearing in.

“Any Director General in this room who is aware of his misdeeds is required to repay the funds and provide an explanation within 48 hours; please come yourself as we already know who you are.

“You’ll notice the change if you don’t show up to the services (B2, DGR, or DGSS) within 48 hours,” Nguema warned.
