Three persons have been rescued alive from the debris of the 21-story building that collapsed on Monday afternoon on Gerald Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.
They were rescued by operators comprising officials of the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency and the Police.
