A Federal High Court in Lagos on Wednesday ordered a former Fani-Kayode Femi Fani-Kayode to pay a fine of N200,000 for being absent from court for his re-arraignment, on the excuse of having bed rest.

The court had asked counsel to Fani-Kayode, Mr. F. Ajudua to choose between revoking the bail of the second defendant or paying the fine.
