Tunji-Ojo Gets Nod From Ondo APC Elders For Backing Tinubu’s 2027 Agenda

The Ondo State APC Elders’ Movement has thrown its weight behind Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo (BTO), Minister of Interior, lauding his unwavering support for political groups in the state working toward the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.

In a statement, the elders described Tunji-Ojo as an “illustrious son” of Ondo State whose commitment has strengthened the Ondo State APC Elders’ Movement for Tinubu 2027, which they said continues to gain momentum across the state.

Otunba Agboola Kelly, State Coordinator of the movement, said the elders’ prayers are with the minister, adding that they believe his “light will shine even brighter” in the years ahead.

The statement also highlighted Tunji-Ojo’s achievements in the Ministry of Interior, recalling President Tinubu’s commendation of his efficiency and innovative leadership, as referenced in paragraph 20 of the President’s Independence Day Address to the Nation.

The elders noted that as seasoned party members, it is their responsibility to galvanise party structures, foster unity, and ensure sustainable development for the people of Ondo State.

“Our prayers are with you, BTO — you will continue to succeed, and your light will shine even brighter,” the statement added, expressing gratitude for his tireless efforts toward political mobilisation in the state.

The group concluded by reaffirming their commitment to supporting Tunji-Ojo and other leaders working for the success of APC and President Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.
