Jonathan Meets ADC Chairman David Mark

…as opposition leaders converge in Abuja
Former President Goodluck Jonathan has met with the Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Senator David Mark, in Abuja.
The meeting comes on the heels of a high-profile gathering of opposition leaders under the ADC coalition earlier on Thursday, which brought together some of the country’s most prominent political figures.
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, who attended the session, disclosed the development on his X page, describing it as a “meeting of the Nigerian people against the oligarchs who promote poverty and insecurity in the land.” He also shared images of key participants.
Among those present at the coalition meeting were ex-Senate President David Mark, former Sokoto State governor Aminu Tambuwal, former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai, and former Kwara State governor Abdulfatah Ahmed.
