Xerox Nigeria Eyes Strategic Collaboration With Lagos Agency To Advance Policy Agenda

In a significant move set to bolster digital transformation within the public sector, XHS Nigeria Limited – Xerox, led by its Managing Director, Dr. Olufemi Okunade, paid a courtesy visit to the Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau (LASRAB).
The visit aimed to explore a strategic partnership to advance the Lagos State Government’s THEMES Plus Agenda.
During the meeting, Okunade articulated Xerox’s strong interest in becoming a preferred vendor to LASRAB.
The Managing Director highlighted the company’s robust capabilities in providing end-to-end document management solutions and expressed a keen desire to support LASRAB’s ambitious digitisation initiatives.


However, Director-General of LASRAB, Ms. Toyin Ogunlana who warmly received the proposal and conveyed her optimism for a mutually beneficial partnership, emphasised the agency’s unwavering commitment to enhancing contemporary records management and documentation practices across the State.
Ogunlana underscored that collaborations of this nature are crucial for sustaining the Bureau’s mandate and achieving its objectives.
This visit signals a promising stride towards a dynamic partnership, poised to drive innovation, efficiency, and significant capacity-building in records and archives management within Lagos State.
The collaboration is expected to play a vital role in modernising public record-keeping and supporting the broader digital goals of the state government.
