A popular market in the Yaba area of Lagos state, Tejuosho market, was on fire in the afternoon of today (Tuesday).
The fire outbreak was said to be massive and properties worth millions of naira were destroyed.

As at the time of filing this report, the cause of the incident was unknown.
NewsBeatng had reported that fire razed a building in Victoria Island area of the state on Tuesday and that cars and people were burnt.
