OGITECH Breaks Ground on State-of-the-Art Alumni Building

The Ogun State Institute of Technology (OGITECH), Igbesa, has laid the foundation stone for a state-of-the-art Alumni Building, marking a major milestone in the institution’s history.
The new facility, which will house the Alumni Office and Student Affairs Unit, is designed to strengthen the bond between the institution and its alumni while enhancing student support services.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Rector, Dr. Abiodun Oluseye, commended the OGITECH Alumni Association for its invaluable contributions to the school’s growth, describing its members as “vital partners in the institution’s developmental journey.”
He singled out the Alumni Chairman, Comrade Sholotan Kazeem Joshua, for his exemplary leadership, dedication, and tireless efforts in advancing OGITECH’s interests.
Dr. Oluseye also offered prayers for the continued success and prosperity of all alumni members.

In his response, Comrade Sholotan expressed gratitude to the school management for fostering an environment where alumni can thrive, explore their potential, and make meaningful contributions to the institution.

He reaffirmed the association’s commitment to OGITECH’s development and pledged that its members would continue to act as ambassadors, promoting the institution’s values and interests wherever they go.
