Ibadan based Fuji music star Taye Currency was missing in action as Wasiu Alabi Pasuma celebrated his 40 years on stage.
Fans, associates and celebrities gathered eagerly waiting to see Taye join some of the Fuji stars that attended the event.
At the same event, Pasuma and Saheed Osupa, who are seen as arch rivals, finally shared the stage for a duet.
After years of rivalry and supremacy battles, Fuji music stars, the historic moment in Fuji music industry took place during Pasuma’s ’40 years on stage’, which was held at the Sheraton Balmoral Hall in Ikeja, Lagos.
The night turned out to be a reunion party as other Fuji stars also joined the collaboration session. Some of the notable Fuji stars that joined the collaboration include Sule Alao Malaika, Sefiu Alao, Rasheed Ayinde Merenge, Remi Aluko, Tope Nautical, and Tiri Leather.
However, Taye Currency was nowhere to be found.
