Arise Women Partners AMSUL To Care For Hundreds Of People In Lagos Medical Outreach
…Distributes Free Arise Food Basket
The excitement was evident on the faces of hundreds of beneficiaries who thronged the venue of the 2024 Arise Women sponsored by the Association of Medical Student of University of Lagos (AMSUL).
The Healthwalk & Medical Outreach was held on Saturday 2nd of November in Idi-Araba Mushin area of Lagos.
As part of the event lined up by AMSUL, the Healthwalk and Medical Outreach bolstered with the bankrolling of the event by Arise Women Convener, Dr Siju Iluyomade.
According to the organizer, this year’s event surpasses the successes of previous edition.
Dr Siju who has been at the forefront of compassionate caring of the underprivileged in the past 16years across the country with several activities, including Women empowerment, Skills Acquisition, Building of Schools, Hospitals, Boreholes, Provision of Free Food basket, was excited to support Medical Students of University of Lagos in its approach to curb the society of various sicknesses.
The event witnessed different free test carried out for hundreds of participants as well as free drugs being administered to people.
Arise also distributed free Arise Pink Bucket which contains various food items.
