The governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has presented the staff of office to Oba Owolabi Olakulehin as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland.
The coronation took place at the Labosinde compound in Ibadan, the family traditionally responsible for crowning the Olubadan of Ibadanland.
Some of the attendees include; former Oyo State Governor and Olubadan-in-Council member Rashidi Ladoja, the Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Sultan of Sokoto Sa’ad Abubakar, and former Senate Leader Teslim Folarin, Chief of Staff to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Mr Tayo Ayinde, Governor Dapo Abiodun, amongst others.
