Many people were injured after thugs clashed in the Ile-Epo area of Lagos State.
It was gathered that fight started between some Hausa and Yoruba thugs in the Ile-Epo market on Wednesday night and continued till Thursday morning.
The fight led to the setting on fire of some shops and goods by the warring thugs.
It was learnt that the Police who wanted to intervene were restricted by the thugs.
A fire service truck that drove into the market this morning was also forced to reverse after being pelted with stones.
