Lagos Neighborhood Safety Agency Unveils Corps Standard Across 57 Councils

…Begins Flag Hoisting
The Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency (LNSA) has officially commenced the hoisting of the National and State flags, as well as launched the Corps standard across all 57 Local Government Areas and Local Council Development Areas of the State.
The event, held at the Agency’s Headquarters, was chaired by the Chairman of the House Committee on Information, Strategy and Security, Hon. Stephen Ogundipe.

The ceremony was led by the General Manager of the Agency, Prince (Dr.) Ifalade Oyekan.
In his remarks, Ogundipe congratulated the Agency on the thoughtful introduction of the Corps standard, describing it as a necessary and commendable tradition in line with paramilitary norms.
He lauded the Agency’s role as a pathfinder in grassroots security and encouraged the management, officers, and men to continue to hold the torch of safety and service high.

Responding, Ifalade reaffirmed the Agency’s position as a key component of the Lagos State security architecture. He pledged continued efforts to standardize operations in line with government expectations and the needs of Lagosians.

He expressed deep appreciation to the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, for his unwavering commitment to security matters.
Ifalade vowed to ensure the Agency contributes meaningfully to enhancing its international reputation.
