Just In: Zenith Bank Announces N291.7bn Profit, N967.26bn Gross Earnings In H1 2023

Zenith Bank Plc on Monday announced N291.73billion profit in its audited half year ended June 30, 2023 result and accounts, an increase of 161.85 per cent from N111.41billion reported in corresponding period of 2022.

The leading financial institution in profits also announced N350.36 billion profit before tax in H1 2023, an increase of 169.49 per cent from N130.01billion in H1 2022.

With the growth in profits, the management of Zenith Bank declared N0.50 per share interim dividend in H1 2023 from N0.30 per share paid to shareholders in corresponding period of 2022.

Growth in gross earnings contributed to the group’s significant increase in profits.

NewsBeatng reports that Zenith bank declared N967.26billion gross earnings in H1 2023, an increase of 1138.97 per cent from N404.76billion in H1 2022.
