President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo hosted a valedictory Federal Executive Council meeting with ministers to mark the end of their 8 years administration.
Buhari will hand over power to new President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday May 29.
